The registration fee for delegate includes:

  • Invitation to the inauguration ceremony. ( For full conference registration )

Group Registration Procedure:

All the delegates in a group have to undergo preliminary registration in the website without proceeding to payments. Then send us a request via email as described below, for creating a  group account. This will be created on request from the registered delegates to make the payments enabling the concession.
  • If a delegate who is attending the conference is making the payments:

Send us the name list of the group, clearly indicating a name of a delegate from the list whom should be appointed as the group leader.
We will create a group account for the list sent and the group leader will be able to do the transactions on behalf of the whole group

  • If an individual/company representative/institute representative who is not attending the conference as a delegate is  sponsoring/wish to make the payments for a group: 

He/she need to do the preliminary registration and send us your name together with the name list of the group delegates. We will create a group account where you will be appointed as the group sponsor. Then you will be able to do the payments on behalf of the whole group.

  2. You will receive confirmation of successful registration by email. Please bring this when you attend the congress.
  3. Official Receipt will be issued after receipt of payment.


After You Have Registered,

Please bring the confirmation slip sent via email to the Registration Counter at Congress venue, where you will receive your delegate badge and congress kit.    


  1. This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
  2. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your registration for the SASSM2017. We will not misuse or redistribute your information to anyone.



  1. Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
  2. Cancellation received on or before 19th October 2017 will receive a full refund less 15% for an administrative fee.
  3. No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 19th October 2017.
  4. All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is completed.
  5. The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
